Our Return Policy
We offer 14 day free returns.
Returns: If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to return an item purchased online. If 14 days have expired since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund.
To initiate a return, simply log in to your customer account and locate the order you wish to return. Note that our system allows you 14 days to initiate the return. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in it's original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 calendar days. Please allow an extra 3-7 days for your credit card company to process your refund.
Defective or Damaged items: If your item is damaged, incorrect or lost in transit, we offer either a free replacement, refund or return. In this case, please reach out to us at email@example.com with any relevant documentation or information, such as photos of your damaged item.
